All customers are given a time that our cleaners will visit, allowing them to either leave the property or relocate to another area in the property that will enable our staff to keep socially distanced.

 

All of our staff are provided with PPE, including masks, gloves and hand sanitiser.

Extra cleaning regime that ensures all frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected every visit to reduce the risk of cross contamination. All cloths are fresh for each customer and stored separately ensuring they are only used in one property. All cleaning equipment is cleaned down after each visit.

We work closely with our customers to ensure if anyone has shown symptoms, we will liase with them and rebook their appointment to a time where they have either tested negative or quarantined.
